David Kidder – Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Kidder is responsible for overseeing portfolio management, the approval of new portfolio investments, and the management of investor relationships, including HNW individuals, asset managers, and secondary financial participants.  With over 20 years of real estate investment and advisory experience, Kidder has been involved in the funding of over $2B of transactions across the capital structure and across all major asset classes.  In addition to serving as President of Landmark Capital Advisors and its parent company, Land Advisors of California, Kidder has held origination and underwriting positions for a public REIT, a private REIT, and regional joint venture equity funds.  His experience across the capital structure provides strong credit analysis and nuanced insight into the inefficiencies within real estate private markets.

Kidder received a bachelor’s degree in business from University of the Pacific, has an executive education from Wharton Business School, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.
